Oddly enough we are excited for this winter season. We are locking ourselves in the studio with some old friends, making new records.
First off, Big Black Bird has ventured back to record and hang out with us. Stop on over and say hello:
Secondly, World War Tree have begun working on their new full length, which will hopefully hit the streets via vinyl sometime next year. Check out their first record here: http://worldwartree.bandcamp.com
Finally, we will be having a few new faces around the studio. A fine young gentleman named Brett Ratliff will be joining Downbeat as a third engineer. We'll have info for Brett on our staff page soon.
Also our good friend Rob Roy Campbell will be giving us a hand streamlining our digital/analog setup with our console. We're excited to have his expertise and help! Rob Roy makes awesome audio gear, check out his company Electronaut:
